PUSHING MYSELF TO THE LIMIT

I didn't eat breakfast and lunch, around 1pm i feel little weak, can't breath a little, hungry. At around 3pm I feel dizzy so I take a nap at our den, then I wake up before 6pm. So I eat many and also eat rice.Now I feel ok. I don't know if I will be going to exercise tonight because I ate dinner.
